TAKE SECOND RIGHT ONTO RIVERSIDE.
TAKE SECOND LEFT ONTO RIVERSIDE DRIVE.
33 IS FIRST HOUSE ON THE RIGHT 22 IS A FEW DOORS DOWN.

HAVE A NICE HOLIDAY

DOWNHILL HOTEL IS A SHORT WALK ALONG SIDE OF THE RIVER BRUSNA.

ENNISCRONE IS A SANDY BEACH FIVE MILES DOWN THE QUAY ROAD.

SLIGO.APPROX ONE HOUR DRIVE AWAY.

 

THE BEAUTIFUL QUAY VILLAGE, WITH ITS MULTICOLOUR COTTAGES, IS A SHORT WALK AWAY WHERE YOU WILL FIND CROCKETS BAR, RESTAURANT AND NIGHTCLUB. ADVANCED BOOKING IS ADVISED FOR RESTAURANT BUT NOT FOR BAR MEALS.

ICE HOUSE IS A SHORT WALK AWAY SO TOO ARE DOWNHILL INN MOTEL AND TWIN TREES HOTEL

BELLECK CASTLE IS OUTSIDE TOWN ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE MOY TO RIVERSIDE ESTATE.

WESTPORT , KNOCK AND CASTLEBAR ARE APPROX 1 HOURS DRIVE AWAY.

 

CONDITIONS
1. A non-refundable deposit of 100 euros per week is payable within 7 days of reservation.
2. Final non-refundable payment of balance 28 days and 100 euros refundable damage deposit  prior to arrival.
3. Your reservation will be confirmed in writing or via email.
4. The price includes: electricity, oil heating, bed linen(excluding travel cot), towels and all other household linen. Change of bed linen by request, not included in price.
5. Fuel for open fire is not included in the price.
6. On departure, the house, equipment and utensils must be left in clean and tidy condition.
7. There is no telephone at the premises.
8. No pets allowed. No Stag or Hen Parties.
9. House Occupancy more than 8 people is not allowed.
10. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to valuables or personal property and we recommend you have the appropriate insurance cover in force during your holiday.
11. The management may terminate occupancy if terms and conditions are not complied with.
12. In the event of breach of contract on the part of the proprietors of Salmon Quays Holiday Home howsoever arising any loss and/or damage including consequential loss sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the proprietors of Salmon Quays Holiday Home.
13. Check in between 4:30p.m. and 7:30p.m. check out 10a.m.prompt. Variations to this may be made by prior arrangement. Subject to no damage etc. the 100 euros will be refunded in a few days.
